I'm calling myself out.
I have been a slacker.
I have been neglecting my blog as of late for more reasons than one.
One reason worth mentioning is we have been busy...and I do mean busy. They do not tell you in all those baby books that when your kids get to school age they officially own you. With that said, I wouldn't have our busy life any other way. We are knee deep in dance recital preparations, soccer practices, soccer games, school work and birthday parties to attend. I am loving it, but it is definitely draining. We have soccer on 2 different nights, dance on one night and Bryan running volleyball clinics on another night. In between all the going on's Bryan and I do make it a point to always have a night out together. I'm very grateful for my mom because she keeps the kids for us every Saturday night so Bryan and I can have our coveted date night. The kiddos look forward to their night with Cece (my mom) too because they know 2 things will happen: 1. They get to go to Steak N Shake and 2. They get to go to Target and pick items out of their dollar section. It's a win~win situation for all of us on Saturday nights.
Now...if Saturday could arrive a little faster that would be fabulous!
