The End of Spring Soccer

Spring soccer season has come to an end as of today. Jordyn was supposed to finish up a tournament today, but due to all the rain we received early this morning the fields were flooded so all remaining games were cancelled. I would be lying if I said I was upset about not driving to Dacula today, but I was rather excited that I didn't have to do the drive!

It's been a wet season for sure so we have had cancelled games, cancelled tournaments, cancelled outdoor practices, which means lots of indoor practices. Due to all the rain there were many times I decided to leave my camera at home or in the car so I didn't take as many pictures as usual. Despite the times I left the camera behind I still have plenty of pictures to share! Here are some of my favorites from the 2nd half of the season.

I did not take the team photos...another parent did!

This game was on Mother's Day in Savannah. The girls played great and tied the number ranked team in their division. After the game we drove 4 hours home so I could see my other two sweeties.

 Mother's Day 2017!

Tryouts take place next week for Jordyn and Bryce. Jordyn is trying out for U13 Select and Bryce is trying out for U10 Academy. The following week Sydney will try out for U15 Select. What all this means is...come Fall our schedule will once again be insane! For now I will enjoy the down time and enjoy not spending most of my time in the car driving the kids all over the place.
