Sydney got her first summer job this week. Our neighbors went out of town for the week to the beach and asked if Sydney would water their plants each day while they were away. She was so excited when I told her about the job and she was even more excited to learn that she was going to be paid!!
She has taken her job very seriously and completes her duties each morning before we head out to work. She has 3 plants to water so she makes 3 trips to the hose to fill up her watering pitcher, always making sure she has turned the water off.
I took a few "spy" pictures this morning, but she ended up catching me in the act. I'm proud of my girl for taking her responsibilities so seriously. If anyone ever needs someone to take care of their plants while they are out of town...I know a certain someone perfect for the job!
